Weaving fragments from classic cinema, literary icons and tunes of yesteryear, with conversations with bartenders past and present, it raises a glass to the stories we tell ourselves and each other. Fact and fiction blur in an insatiable desire to dream, crafting an exquisite cocktail of memories stirred and tales shaken by a martini.

2 of our very own dishes are published in the book, and we'll be heroing them in our set menu. Enjoy conversations with Chef Wayne as he gives you tips and tricks on how to make the most out of your new recipes!
